I’m Gabriele, the geek that makes this website work!
Yes: My name is spelled almost identically to a girl’s name! That’s why I love having my picture here: so people that wants to speak with me knows they’re going to speak with a man and not with a beautiful lady!
I have always been passionate about technology, since I was a child and started playing with my Commodore Vic20 (Oh my gosh how old am I ?!!!). Despite my passion for computers I got an accountant diploma that, in the end, I have never used! In fact, after graduating, I have always been in the sales. I have more than 18 years of selling experience on my shoulders, managing even large groups of salesmen. I really loved selling, but I grew tired of driving around Italy and having little time for my family. For this reason in 2012 I have decided to change career and I enrolled to cooking school. I moved here in Scotland in 2014 and I became Sous Chef of a very important restaurant in Edinburgh, until I decided to open my own restaurant (whose website I made myself of course!).
I am now still cooking for a few selected customers and in the meantime I am helping Michela in her journey by making this website work and all the marketing around it!
